All beautiful tales begin with the delicate music of the fairies. Boundless green forests lie down behind their magic words, thousands of wonderful palaces fly in the kind sounds and smiles of the night.
All happy years begin with a nice little adventure. We might have to reveal our good hearts and triumph over the forces of the darkness for one more time. Fairy Pillow Concert will take place on the twelfth day of January in the Castle of Architects.
Our fairies do not have magic wands and silver wings. Instead, they possess almost infinite arsenal of mustache and pince-nez, broken pencils and detuned hair-styles. In this extraordinary fellowship we can find the names of the brave gentlemen Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Engelbert Humperdinck, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Leos Janacek, Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev and Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov.
All stories will be told by the violin of Tzvetelina Panaiotova, the cello of Francesca Formisano and the lovely piano of Miss Marina Simeonova. Not unexpectedly, our three musicians have very long biographies with many pages of brave deeds and royal honors.
They love to fly from the cold Bavarian forests to the sunny Arabia just before lunch. The little Sandman is very punctual and does not like any delays. And Cinderella is always plotting something with Tzar Berendyey and Scheherazade.
The very special featuring of the wandering musical muse Zuzi is about to be announced. The notes and the tempo of the musicians are in thousands of safe hands and a chimney, behind which we can find the “Great Silver Tag” – a promise of obedience in a bag.
Somehow we know, we are about to feel its weight. “Sweet burden, o my Lord!” – that was the famous gospel song from the nineties, wasn’t it?
