The Beli Brezi Children Eco-station is located on the right hand side of the road from Boyana to Zlatni Mostove , one kilometre after the turn to Kopitoto. At the moment, the large lawn upfront misses nothing but a few hundred pillows where our lovely audience of parents and children could be seated. We will hear the notorious brass quintet from the gorgeous wooden stage but this time it will not be as easy as usual for their instruments to swamp us up with sound and music. It is incredibly exciting to find out how classical music sounds like high up in the mountain, and the concert is an excellent occasion for a family walk along Vitosha’s alleys.

The programme will feature a selection of some of the most applauded pieces in the brass quintet’s repertoire. As usual, the quartet will be led by trumpeter Yan Dunev. Misho Mihailov will also be there with his French horn, but there will be two new additions to the band – Atanas Marinov as a second trumpeter and trombonist Boyan Marinov. We should not forget the only lady on stage – Petia. Those who have attended the German Pillow Concert should remember who this mysterious individual was. For the others, her identity will be revealed at the Mountain Pillow Concert.
